Driving Biomedical Projects (DBPs)

The DBPs are formalized collaborations with the CPMM to test TDP technologies in a real-world authentic biomedical context. The DBP collaborators gain early access to new technology. In effect, DBPs are beta testers whose input will be invaluable to fine-tune the evolution and optimization of DNA MTP technologies. The DBP members were selected to maximize the significance and impact of the tension probe technology while ensuring broad geographic diversity and a diversity of research topics. The DBPs cover diverse areas of the biomedical sciences and underscore why this BTDD Center is aligned with the mission of the NIGMS. Once the center is fully launched, we will start recruitment of new DBP members.
